The project is located on the Black Hills National Forest in Lawrence County approximately 35 miles northwest of Rapid City, South Dakota, via Highway 44 to junction of Highway 385, north on Highway 385 to Forest Road 204, southwest approximately four miles on Forest Road 204 to junction of Forest Road 203, northwest on Forest Road 203 approximately 1/2 mile to project area. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This will be a firm, fixed-price contract. The performance period for the proposed contract is 120 calendar days. The proposed contract is available under full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
