Provide and install new metal roofing, modified bitumen roofing, wood trim, gutters, downspouts, sheet metal trim, concrete splash block, and paint all new work and touch up as required. All work shall be completed within 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and resulting contract to be awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656).
