Contractor shall provide repairs to roofs at three buildings at Fort Jackson, SC. The roofing manufacturer repair system shall consist of a Graveled Foam Roof System with a seamless insulating and waterproofing system for flat roof applications. The system shall employ sprayapplied polyurethane foam to insulate and waterproof with a 3/4 to 1 inch layer of gravel for ultra-violet UV light protection. Contractor shall furnish all plant, materials, equipment, labor and appliances to perform the work. Contractor shall commence work within 10 days and complete within 90 days. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000. and $500,000. The solicitation will be available for download at www.tradoc-acq.army.mil . The Climatic Conditions for South Carolina and the Form for Materials Submittal and any applicable drawings can obtained from the Dir. of Contracting, 4340 Magruder Avenue, Ft. Jackson, SC 29207. The Government is unable to maintain a Bidders List for this project, therefore it is incumbent upon any interested bidder to periodically access the internet address provided to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain amendments and respond to them prior to bid due date and time may render the bid nonresponsive and may result in it being rejected. This requirement is being considered for a HUBZone Set-Aside. All HUBZone certified firms must express a written intent to bid on the requirement if it is set aside. If enough interest is generated, the requirement will be set aside. If not, it will be issued as unrestricted.
