Work consists of dredging approximately 2,000,000 cubic yards of material from the Craighill Channel, Craighill Upper Range, and Brewerton Channel (50-Feet deep and 700 feet wide); Cutoff Angle (50 feet deep and 700-1,750 feet wide); and Swan Point Channel (35 feet deep and 600-1,500 feet wide). The material will be dredged by clamshell and scow, hydraulic pipeline, or hopper dredge and placed in the Hart-Miller Island Containment Facility and/or the Poplar Island Environmental Restoration Project.
