The issue date for plans and specifications is 24 July 2000. The work includes the removal of the faux simulating a Disaster Control Center in Rooms 119, 120, 121 and 122, the ship's ladder, the hatch leading to the second floor, and existing lighting fixtures; the provision of a women's head to include a toilet area, shower area, and locker area, new wall, floor, and ceiling treatments, and new lighting fixtures; and incidental related work. Estimated cost range for this project is $100,000 -- $250,000. The SIC Code is 1799 and size standard is $7.0 million. The solicitation will be issued Unrestricted. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Plans and specifications will NOT be directly provided in a paper hard copy format.
