The issue date for plans and specifications is 24 July 2000. The work includes the removal of all existing packaged terminal air conditioning (PTAC)units and removal of the existing electric hot water heater. The work also includes the provision for 30 new PTAC units and provision for a new hot water heater and incidental related work. Estimated cost range for this project is $100,000 -- $250,000. The SIC Code is 1711 and size standard is $7.0 million. The solicitation will be issued Unrestricted. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Plans and specifications will NOT be directly provided in a paper hard copy format.
