The technical evaluation has been completed, almost all DCAA audit reports have been received, and the cost and price analysis is nearing completion. Although the Government intends to award without discussions, it is not yet known whether discussions will be necessary. If discussions are deemed necessary, a competitive range, comprised of all the most highly rated proposals, will be established. As stated in the solicitation, offerors excluded from the competitive range will be notified in writing immediately after the determination is made. If discussions are not held, award of contracts for the Full Scope-Unrestricted procurement could begin in early August 2000. Award of contracts for services at the Massachusetts Military Reservation and the Small Business Set-Aside procurements will follow.
