This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request for quotations (DTCG23-00-Q-HE1026) incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. This acquisition is unrestricted and open to both small and large business concerns. Items required: CLIN 1; 6" x 50' Titan #SS242 Layflat Discharge Hose 00030 Each. CLIN 2; 1" x 75' Hydraulic Hose 00002 Each. CLIN 3; 1/2" x 75' Hydraulic Hose 00001 Each. Hoses shall have Dixon Cam & Groove Fittings. Dixon #AC600C BOSS Lock Coupler x Hose Shank with two Dixon #SGS600 Strap Grip Saddles banded with three 3/4" wide SS bands on one end. Dixon #AE600 Adapter x Hose Shank with two Dixon #SGS600 strap grip saddles banded with three 3/4" wide SS bands on the other end. All hoses shall be tested to 1-1/2 times the weakest component and tagged with the date tested, the test pressure, the assembly date and the test location. Delivery will be required no later than 30 Aug 2000 to GPC, 701 Industrial Park Drive, Newport News, VA 23608. Final acceptance will be at destination. Quotes are due no later than _10 Aug 2000 at 1:00 p.m. EST to USCG National Strike Force Coordination Center, 1461 N. Road St., Elizabeth City, NC 27909 Attn: SK1 Chad Flucas.
