The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Bath Iron Works, 700 Washington Street, Bath, Maine 04530-2556 a modification to contract N00178-99-C-1067 for continued effort in research and development of the Concentric Canister Launcher (CCL) program. The effort under this modification is to provide integration assessment and concept design development of submarine and surface ship payload launchers. DoD will no longer award contracts to Contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base.
