Contractor to provide musical accompaniment during worship services being held for the federal inmates held at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, San Diego, California. Contractor must have a minimum of three years experience as a music leader, must play guitar and must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Service will be provided weekly on Sundays between 8:00am and 3:00pm. Contractor will not be responsible for the supervision of inmates. The contractor will be required to attend an institution security orientation program prior to beginning any contract performance. The orientation is approximately for 4 hours in duration. Contractor will be reimbursed at the contract rate for time spent in orientation. Contractor will also be required to complete a background security clearance prior to beginning any contract performance.
