The contractor will provide preventive maintenance, management service, repair, and replacement of existing Landis & Gyr System 600 and Apogee software system. The service also requires technical assistance, including on-and off-site telephone technical assistance. The network computer units are located in building 1522, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning shop and the system administrator's office (89CES/CEOEU located in building 3465 room 107B Andrews AFB, MD. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. The applicable SIC Code is 7699. The period of performance will be a one-year basic period with two one-year option periods. The Government reserves the right to exercise the options. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package.
