PROXIMITY ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with International Electronic Protection, Ltd. (IEP, LTD.), under authority of FAR 6.302. This acquisition is for the Proximity Access Control System to be used at this Medical Center. It includes the installation of the proximity readers and the supply of printable PVC cards.
