The Contractor shall furnish all labor, containers, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision to manage and perform all operations for refuse collection, recycling, transportation, and disposal services of all solid waste at Fort Lee, Prince George County, Virginia, including Fort Lee Housing areas and Fort Lee Ranges.This requirement will be solicited as a Request for Proposal utilizing commercial acquisition procedures and will be Unrestricted -- Full and Open Competition. The period of performance will be a base year of 01 October 2000 through 30 September 2001, with 4 option years, ending 30 September 2005. Hard copies of subject solicitation will not be mailed.
