This is to ascertain interest of qualified Small Business contractors in Grounds Maintenance at Sheppard AFB Texas. Job Description: Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and service necessary to perform grounds maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, weed and pest control, trimming of shrubs and trees, removal of debris, maintenance of plant beds, irrigation control and maintenance, and fertilization and aeration of improved, semi-improved, unimproved and athletic grounds. Estimated period of performance is 1 Dec 2000 through 30 Sep 2001, with four (4), six (6) month option periods. This project will be 100% set aside for small business.
