This project consists of surfacing specified sections of Wolf Creek Road, FDR 032. These sections are existing areas of the road and will be identified on the ground by the engineer. The surfacing material will be 3/4-inch minus crushed aggregate road base purchased from a commercial source. The project site is on the Carson Ranger District and can be accessed as follows: From Bridgeport, CA, drive southwest on Twin Lakes Highway for approx. 7.5 miles. At the road junction near Doc and Al's resort, turn right on FDR 017 and continue northwest for approx. 3.5 miles. The project site is on the north side of the road just past the campground turnoff and bridge. The estimated start work date is 9/15/00 with 30 calendar days for completion.
