The Army requires a contract for the Replacement of the HVAC System in the Child Development Center at Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. Work includes but is not limited to the removal of the existing HVAC system units from the attic space. Install new units and reroute ductwork as required. Construct new elevated mechanical rooms in the form of roof dormers to house relocated HVAC units. New dormers will be constructed of CMU and brick columns, wood roof framing, clapboard siding and shingle roofing. The SIC code for this project is 1711 and the size standard is $11.5M. Solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis and is also subject to the availability of funds. The magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000 dollars.
