The Army requires a firm fixed price construction contract to furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and perform all work required in connection with REPLACE HVAC, BUILDING 811, HUNTER ARMY AIRFIELD, GEORGIA. The work includes but is not necessarily restricted to the following items: (1) Remove and dispose of existing air handling units, air cooled condensing units and associated refrigerant, refrigerant supply and return piping, steam supply piping, condensate return piping, steam unit heaters, and associated HVAC controls as indicated; (2) Provide and install air cooled packaged condensating units as indicated; (3) Provide and install air handling units and connect to existing ductwork as indicated; (4) Replace existing HVAC control system with electronic or electric components; (5) Reconnect to existing electrical service and provide new electrical service as applicable; (6) Clean existing ductwork and associated air devices; and (7) Test and balance new heating/cooling system, ductwork anddissusers in accordance with specifications. The magnitude of this project is betweeen $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The SIC Code for this project is 1711. This project is being solicited UNRESTRICTED. All responsible bidders may submit a bid the will be considered. The performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice To Proceed. A definite response date or date for receipt of bid has not been established at this time.
