This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation (F26600-00-Q-Z023) is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. This acquisition is set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. The SIC code for this solicitation is 3089. Far 19 classifies small businesses as those that gross equal to or less than $5.0 million annually based on the average of the offerors past three fiscal years. Offerors shall submit the quote according to the following reference CLIN. The item description is as follows: To provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to provide the following required line item: CLIN 0001 _ Asphalt, Hot Mix, 12_ Max. aggregate, 1900 Tons. Offeror must be able to provide a minimum of 550 Tons per day, delivered in end dump trucks. Delivery to start on 31 July 2000.
