Solicitation number DTCG38-00-Q-200041 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). Award will be made to the Offeror proposing the best value to the Government considering technical acceptability, price, delivery, and past performance. The requirement consists of the following item utilized as Ground support for the HH65 Helicopter. Item (1) Hobart Model 90CU24P5 or Essex Model B809C or Equal Ground Power Unit (GPU) Salient Characteristics: 90 KVA Diesel Engine-Driven Generator Set, Mobile for Aircraft Flight Line use, Emergency Stop Pushbutton, quantity required 1 each; Item (2) Hobart P/N TR-1528 or Equal Transformer Rectifier, Salient Characteristics: AC Input 115/220 volts, 3 phase, 400 Hz, 4-wire, DC Output 28.5 volts, compatible with GPU offered in Item 1, to include Hardware for mounting to Item 1, quantity required 1 each; Item (3) Hobart P/N 402034-004 or Equal, 60 ft AC Output cable, Salient Characteristics: Compatible with GPU offered in Line item 1, Quantity required 1 each; Item (4) Hobart P/N 402025-003 or Equal, 30 ft DC Output Cable, Salient Characteristics: Compatible with GPU offered in line item 1, quantity required 1 each.
