The Federal Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office, in Dallas, Texas intends to make a single award for supplying various subsistence (bread) products. The successful contractor will also provide bread trays and double wide tray racks. It is estimated that the following products will be required per contract year: 63,784 loaves of White Bbread; 68,784 loaves of Wheat Bread; 37,296 packages of Hamburger Buns; 9850 packages of Hot Dog Buns; 13,200 packages of Hoagie Rolls; 8280 loaves of "Kosher" Wheat Bread; 3120 loaves of "Kosher" White Bread; 2972 packages of Kaiser Cut Buns; 5500 loaves of Rye Bread; 3000 packages of English Muffins; 1030 packages of Ball Park Coney Hot Dog Buns; and 1296 packages of Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns. Products are to be delivered to three separate Federal facilities in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area as follows: Federal Correctional Institution, Seagoville, Texas; Federal Medical Center, Ft. Worth, Texas; Federal Medical Center-Carswell, Ft. Worth, Texas. The contract period shall consist of one base year not to exceed 12 months with the possibility of two (2) one year option periods for renewal.
