C -- UPGRADE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM SOL 531-39-00 DUE 081100 POC Carol Grant Barr Services of an Architect-Engineer firm are sought to provide services including but not limited to preparation of construction documents (working drawings and specifications), firm estimate of construciton costs, as-built drawings, construction period services, and site visits. This project will replace the entire facility wide fire alarm system. There are approximately 25-30 separate buildings that are connected to the fire alarm system. In addition, this project will provide for the installation of additional fire sprinklers in Building 77 to completely sprinkle the building. Estimated construction cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. This is NOT a small business set-aside. Award is subject to the availability of funds. SIC is 8712.
