This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This item prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F336000-00-T-0494 is Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. The proposed contract is being procured under full and open competition. The associated standard industrial classification (SIC) code is 7699. The acquisition has one line item (0001). Non-personal services to provide labor, material, and equipment to remove and replace three coal chutes at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The period of performance is 26 July 2000 -- 25 Aug 2000. All work will be in accordance with the Statement of Work, which can be found in the World Wide Web address above. Contractor shall provide past performance information on three recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar service including contract numbers and points of contact with phone numbers.
