Dimminutors will fit existing open channels for a straight through operation. Dimminutors will have a continuous 360 degree rotation with three each skewed rotory cutters and will operate equally in forward and reverse. Screen will be of corrosion resistant stainless steel. Contracted effort will include replacement of control and power conduit. This acquisition is subject to the Service Contract Act. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment tools, materials and transportation necessary to remove and replace dimminutors and controls for Building 557 at closed Chanute AFB, Rantoul IL 61866-3401.
