The Photoelectron Spectrometer and Scanning Auger Microprobe were purchased from Physical Electroncs. They provide replacement parts and expert technical support for their equipment. For this proposed contract action, has Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
