The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, drugs, equipment, facilities and supplies to provide the services in accordance with the professional practice of the State of New Mexico and Federal standards to provide ambulatory health care services to eligible Indian Health Service (IHS), Contract Health Service (CHS) beneficiaries residing in the designated geographic location of the Farmington, New Mexico area. The ambulatory health care services shall include health records, laboratory, medical, nursing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy and administration. The Contractor shall establish a mechanism to collect third party resources and an accounting system which produces auditable records and reports.
