Medical Center Brochure: A four (4) to six (6) page (excluding front and back cover) 8 1/2 x 11 inch color brochure to be used for employee recruitment, education of Veterans on services available at the Salem VAMC, and to showcase the Salem VAMC to the community, etc. Publication to include creative, colorful photos of the facility, Veterans and staff, the scenic geographic area, and recreational sites in the area. Publication content to be as timeless as reasonable. NOTE: Job is to also include a single page, 8 1/2 x 11 inch, two (2) sided insert containing time sensitive statistical and demographic information. 2. Newspaper Insert: A one (1) page, front and back, 8 1/2 x 11 inch newspaper insert to be used to provide valuable informative information to SW Virginia Veterans on issues concerning benefits, health care services, key phone numbers and contacts, commonly asked questions and answers, etc. A PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING SHALL BE REQUIRED OF ALL PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS.
