The Army requires a contract to construct new BSC & AAR Building and to renovate Bldgs. 19101, 19102, & 19110 located at Ft. Stewart, GA. Construction of the new BSC/AAR building includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, the following: 90'x50' pre-engineered metal building w/ a 4' overhang and sidewalk on all sides. Interior functions will include classrooms, restrooms, and mechanical room. Building will have exterior metal siding and standing seam metal roof. There will be no windows due to security reasons. Ceilings shall be suspended accoustical tile. Two 12'x16' electric projection screens, two white marker boards on rollers and 1-each 12' wide cork/map board on rollers, and two ceiling projector mounts are required. All classrooms will be separated by operable walls. Lighting, power, audio-visual, hvac and fire alarm systems are required. Renovations to Bldgs. 19101, 19102, & 19110 include, but are not necessarily restricted to, the following: replace all interior and exterior doors; surface prep, patch walls, repair corner moldings and repaint all interior walls; replace and/or clean all ductwork; replace all wall and floor moldings; surface prep and repaint exterior to include tower; replace ceilings; replace all light fixtures; replace broken or missing electrical switches, receptacles, and device plates; replace flooring; and, miscellaneous electrical upgrade. This project is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under SIC 1542. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Work is expected to be completed within 240 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. All interested parties are reminded of the requirement for CCR registration.
