Provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performance of all work incidental to the construction of a 41' X 35' addition and repair of existing Youth Center. Repair work includes new sloped metal roof to replace existing flat roof, heating and air conditioning for existing area, renovation of existing bathrooms to be handicap accessible, and a new staff bathroom. The time for completion is 210 days. The estimated cost range is $250,000 to $500,000. The SIC Code for this project is 1542. This project is advertised on an unrestricted basis.
