The estimated cost of the project is between $1,900,000 and $2,000,000 with construction completion within 300 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The minimum performance requirements are (1) five years experience as a commercial construction contractor, (2) completion of two projects similar in scope and size within the past five years, and (3) general contractor's license for the State of South Carolina.
