These additions include, but are not necessarily restricted to, the following: provide air conditioning in all corridors; replace ceilings in hallways with new suspended accoustical tile ceilings; install new elevator in lobby and repaint; install new ceilings, new flooring, and new doors in the existing lobby and entrance areas. This project is solicited on an unrestricted basis under SIC 1796. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Work is expected to be completed within 270 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. All interested parties are reminded of the requirement for CCR registration.
