Repair and calibration of existing chlorination system is also required. The contractor is required to design and submit a detailed drawing indicating locations and sizes of all replacement equipment and piping. The government will allow the pool to be drained to accomodate new main drain and gutter valve installation due to below-grade valve location. The facility will be made available on a 24-hour basis during installation of equipment. All water and electricity will be provided by the government. In addition, the contractor shall provide a one-day training class to the pool operator in the proper care and operation of the equipment. Written instructions shall also be provided. Because of the nature of the Academy's functions, some work may have to performed at odd hours, at night, and/or over weekends/holiday period.
