Contract completion is (270) calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following items of work: Replace existing fire alarm system with a complete, supervised, non-coded addressable/multiplex voice fire alarm system. The existing system must be maintained fully operational until the new system has been tested and accepted by the Government. The new system includes but is not limited to new wiring and conduit, fire alarm speakers, strobes, manual stations, waterflow detectors, pressure switches, tamper switches, photoelectric duct smoke detectors, automatic fire alarm 3 channel voice system, two graphic annunciators, and system printer. This procurement is open to all business concerns in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1731 with a size standard of $7.0 million. The estimated cost range for this project is between $750,000 and $1,000,000.
