The 2" fence shall be 11" high and run for approximately 315 feet and shall include one set of swing gates, each leaf of which shall be no shorter than 15'. The 1" fence shall be 8' high and run for approximately 65', and include one 12' rolling gate. This gate shall be equipped with an new automatic gate operator, and be activated both manually and by the use of RF transmitters. It shall also be equipped with both safety loops and exit loop. It shall also be a requirement to furnish to the Government 150 programmable transmitters for use with this system. There is electric power at this location.
