Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for installation of
approximately 370 lineal feet of underground utility lines between the
remote storage building and the main building at its Mid-Continent
Ecology Division Laboratory, 6201 Congdon Boulevard, Duluth, MN. Work
includes installation of one 2" copper water line, one 4" sanitary
sewer line, four 2" PVC conduits and one 6" sprinkler water line.
Additionally, installation of one 6" sprinkler water line extension and
connection to the city water supply line will be covered by a bid
additive. The anticipated contract performance period is 45 calendar
days after receipt of notice to proceed. The estimated price range is
under $75,000. There will be no charge for solicitation documents.

honored. This is an unrestricted acquisition. All responsible sources
