The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, supplies, material, equipment, testing, and storage for the exteriror reparations of Buildings 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, and 18, which includes but is not limited to, cladding of fascias, eaves, and ornamental panels; patching and repair of porches; replacing columns to match Buildings 12 and 13; and painting of new work. Work also includes patching and resurfacing of porches, painting of columns, guardrails, main entrances and to refurbish all gutters. In addition, there are fifteen (15) roof decks in this project, which contain asbestos insulation. Contractor will utilize asbestos removal procedures, and removal procedures for railings. The contractor will be responsible for construction barriers and daily debris removal from the premises. The completion date is 180 calendardays from the Notice TO Proceed.
