The work of this project consists of removal of an existing snow guard system and then installation of a snow guard system for the roof of the maintenance facility and the administrative headquarters building at Fort Necessity National National Battlefield, Farmington, PA. The work also includes the replacement of damaged gutters and down spouts at both buildings and the reinstallation of new gutter portions at both. Award will be made to the lowest,responsive, responsible bidder based on the toatal amount for all base bid items -- one contract award only.
