Garth Broks Avenue, Yukon, OK 73099-9998. Construction time is 300 calendar days with an estimated cost range of $1,000,000 to $1,100,000. Work includes but is not limited to earthwork, site utilities, site improvements, and paving. Work also includes concrete foundations and slab-on-grade, precast wall panels, steel structure, steel joists and decking, roof membrane over roof insulation, sheet metal, metal stud partitions, insulation, gypsum board walls and ceilings, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpentry, painting, metal doors, wood doors, metal frames, door hardware, metal fabrications, loading dock equipment, security systems, electrical, and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning complete and ready for use, in accordance with the plans and specifications. The project also contains a requirement for asbestos and lead paint abatement. The project will need to be phased to accommodate 24-hour Postal occupancy, refer to phasing plan for additional information. The offer must include documentation from contractor's bonding agent indicating contractor's bonding capability at the time offer is due. Successsful Offeror will be required to furnish 100% Performance and 50% Payment Bonds within forty-eight (48) hours after notification of award. Successful offeror must submit their Subcontracting Plan for Small, Minority-Owned and Woman-Owned Business and a Level of Effort form at time of notification of Intent to Award project. Thereafter, the Subcontracting Plan for Small, Minority-Owned and Woman-Owned Buisness will be submitted with their progress payment requests. The contractor must subcontracct with minority business firms in an amount aggregating not less than 10% of the total value of its subcontracts and 7% with woman-owned business firms. This is a request for proposals, therfore, no public opening will be conducted. The relative standing of offeror will no longer be disclosed.
