Description of work as follows: Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to complete JFSD 200060, fencing in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and drawings for this project. Work includes the removal of existing base perimeter four-strand wire fence to be replaced with vinyl coated 8' chain link fence; install/replace chain link fence at various locations on the main base and housing areas as directed at Grand Forks AFB, ND. Period of performance will be 360 calendar days. Bonds will be required. Type of contract will be a requirements type contract. The government is considering whether or not to set aside the acquisition for HUBZone concerns only.
