The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, the following: removal and replacement of all architectural finishes to include drywall, accoustical ceilings, vinyl floors, doors, windows, and restroom facilities; plumbing and hvac systems shall be removed and replaced; electrical service and all interior electrical components shall be removed and replaced. Work is expected to be completed within 150 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. This project is solicited on an unrestricted basis under SIC 1731. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All interested parties are reminded of the requirement for CCR registration.
