The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Spectra Physics Laser Inc. for the purchase of C-Option-Lok-to-Clock synchronization package for upgrade of Spectra Physics Model 3941 L1X Tsunami laser oscillator with the following specification: synchronization to external reference oscillator between 75-85 MHz, stability of <1 ps RMS jitter, repetition frequency variation +/- 1 Hz over 2 hours, Model 3930 electronic module with precision mechanics for stable operation, phase-lock-loop cavity jitter reduction, resonance compensated PZT fine cavity length control, internal frequency counter, motor drive coarse cavity length adjustment, internal 80 MHz reference oscillator, PN 0448-0610 M-4 mounted piezo tuning from 970-1080 nm, model 3932 LX photodiode board, push button coarse cavity length control for operation over the entire tuning range, initial factory set frequency at 79.336 MHz and service, installation and training.
