Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego, Regional Contracts Dept., intends to place a commercial competitive contract, utilizing FAR Part 12 procedures, to procure the following items: 1) closed system apheresis kits (must be compatible with Baxter C-3000 Plus apheresis machine). One hundred eighty cases, three kits per case. 2) 450 ML CPD/ADSOLE Triple BPU (has collection ports with 300 ML PL plastic transfer pack). One hundred sixty-eight cases, thirty bags per case. 3) Samplink Access Device, one hundred twenty cases, sixty per case. 4) 450 ML CPD/ADSOL Double WB packs with Integral Leukocyte reduction filter, eight-four cases, fifteen per case. All items will be shipped over a twelve month period. The proposed contract will be firm fixed price with a base year (01 Oct 2000 through 30 Sep 2001) and four option years. Freight terms FOB destination only, to San Diego, CA. This procurement is unrestricted: all responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
