The U.S. Department of State, A/LM/AQM/CM, Division under the authority of 41 USC 253(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6-302-1 (One responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Government's needs) intends to award a sole source contract to Peterson's Guides, 2000 Lenox Drive, P.O. Box 67005, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648 for the purchase and deliver a wide variety of books, cd-rom disks and software packages purchased to over 500 educational advising centers world-wide. Peterson's Guides the sole publisher of all titles has met all of the prior demands for items in a timely manner. Type of Contract: Indefinite Quantity Contract The continuing manner in which these items are needed requires first hand access to them. Peterson's guide has the means to meet the demands in the first line purchasing, shipping from immediate inventory and supplying titles on afirst hand basis immediately upon publication. Any sources other than the initial Contractor that can deliver the Peterson's Guides Titles as described shall submit their intent in writing not later than July 31, 2000 to: Attn: Robert L.
