Load Size: The load plus the pallet shall have a maximum height of 53

Management. Pallet Load Configuration: The containers or items shall be
placed in a suitable pattern to form a stable and balanced load. Then
vertical, horizontal, or filler reinforcement shall be added as
necessary to provide the strength necessary to support three additional
palletized loads. Stacking Strength: The pallet plus the load shall be
capable of supporting three additional like loads without any product
damage and without the load or the pallet collapsing. Palletized Load
Stacking Test: The palletized load as presented for shipment shall be
tested for stackability. The test load shall be placed on a rigid
surface with three additional loads stacked on top for 24 hours. The
tester has the option of simulating the three additional loads with a
like pallet and weight equaling three like loads. Example: If the
pallet load weighs 1000 pounds then 3000 pounds on a like pallet, shall
be stacked on the test load for 24 hours. Test personnel shall be
responsible to test in compliance with National and local safety
regulations. Testing need not be repeated as long as the palletized
load design and materials do not change. Partial Palletized Loads: Less
than one-half pallet loads do not require testing. Shall not be used
for stacking, unless load is balanced on pallet. The partial palletized
