Delivery is to be made to Green Mountain Dam, County Road 1813, Building No. 0170 BRR, Silverthorne, Colorado 80498 no later than August 15, 2000. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for a competitive proposal. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government.
