grade and compact 7 miles of trail, place aggregate surfacing on 3.3
miles of trail, place aggregate surfacing in 400 feet of tunnel,
surface a 450' x 50' parking lot and 250' x 20' access road. This work

provide BLM with a Performance Bond, Errevocable Letter of Credit or
