The intent of this solicitation is to secure services of hydraulic excavator with operator to perform Grapple Pilin of brush and logging debris. The work consists of Grapple Piling logging slash and vegetative material with a "lift and pile" mechanism rather than a "push and pile" mechanism. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, fuel, maintenance, labor, supervision, transportation, materials, tools, supplies and incidentals necessary to perform the job. Equipment shall be furnished on a fully operational basis, with a competent, qualified operator. All units are located on the Warm Springs Reservation.
