Elmendorf AFB has a requirement for oil spill response training and evaluation, to include (but not limited to) the following: 1) conduct five 1/2 day training sessions in preparation for the spill exercise; 2) furnish controller-evaluators; 3) facilitate a major spill scenario and exercise; 4) evaluation of command and control set-up; 5) provide final result report; and 6) various supplies and equipment needed to perform this task. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, issued 0n 7/6/00. the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8744; small business standard is $5 million. This acquisition has been 100% set-aside for small businesses. Required delivery is to Elmendorf AFB within 5 workdays after award.
