SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT: OCC_s 75 to 80 offices throughout the United States undergo renovations, expansions and/or relocations due to changing regulatory, real estate, and staffing requirements. On an annual basis, the OCC may be involved in 10-15 office relocations, expansions, and renovations and 10-15 headquarters and data center renovation projects. The responsible contractor will be providing the following services which include, but are not limited to: (1) Relocation -- Space requirements report; Building surveys and site inspections; and Test fits. (2) Renovation -- Space plans; Construction documentation and pricing; Construction site inspections, field reports, and completion notifications; Furniture and finishes options and specifications; and Furniture installation site inspections, field reports, and completion notifications. In addition, the OCC may request special space analyses, feasibility studies and other space related reports. HOW TO ACQUIRE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION: OCC anticipates issuing the solicitation in August/September at www.eps.gov. The solicitation will contain the details of the services required, the instructions for submitting a proposal, and how the proposals will be evaluated. This requirement is a small business set-aside and will be a full and open competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the OCC.
