The Computerized Utility Billing Integrated Control (CUBIC) was designed as a method of allocating utility costs for installations and tenants serviced by Public Works Center San Diego. This contract will provide ongoing programming/technical support for 1) the integration of the new Itron MVRS hand-held meter reading system and the Itron MV-90 system into CUBIC 2 ) the Ship Module implementation at the Duty Desk 3) day to day programming support for CUBIC allocations processing and reporting. In addition a number of specialized reports will need to be developed based on layouts provided by the Government. The CUBIC allocation applications will be converted to PLSQL procedures, temporary Oracle tables will be developedand implemented and design queries and data movement for the CUBIC web page will be accomplished. Successful offerors will require background in CUBIC, Oracle and Microsoft Access and electrical engineering. This contract will be one year in duration. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
