The contractor shall fully operate and maintain the Central Issue Facility (CIF) located at Fort Lee, Virginia. This includes, but is not limited to, providing all the labor, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to operate and manage the CIF. Government furnished property and facility will be provided. The contractor will be fully reponsible and accountable for all GFP and facility in performance of this contract. The CIF operation provides issue, warehousing and turn-in of military organizational clothing and individual equipment.
